Velora 2100 ist ein kompakter, manuell angetriebener Pedaltrainer für Arm- und Beinübungen im Sitzen. Sie bewegen die Pedale selbst und passen den Widerstand über den vorderen Drehknopf an. Für Beinübungen steht das Gerät vor Ihrem Stuhl auf dem Boden; für Armübungen auf einem stabilen Tisch.
Bewegung in den Alltag einbauen
- Einstellbarer Widerstand: lässt sich am Drehknopf erhöhen oder verringern.
- Zweizeiliges LCD: zeigt die Umdrehungen und einen weiteren Trainingswert gleichzeitig.
- Vorwärts und rückwärts treten: ist bei Arm- und Beinübungen vorgesehen.
- Mitgelieferte Matte: unterstützt die Aufstellung auf einer geeigneten festen Oberfläche.
Wählen Sie einen Sitzabstand, bei dem Sie die Pedale bequem erreichen und Ihre Beine nicht überstrecken. Die Anleitung empfiehlt bei Beinübungen einen Winkel von etwa 90 bis 110 Grad zwischen Ober- und Unterschenkel. Der Zähler bietet Zeit, Umdrehungen, Gesamtumdrehungen sowie berechnete Distanz- und Kalorienwerte. Diese Rechenwerte sind keine individuelle Messung des Energieverbrauchs.

Montieren und kontrolliert nutzen
Montieren Sie Stützen und Pedale nach Anleitung und prüfen Sie die Befestigungen vor dem Gebrauch. Steigen Sie nicht auf das Gerät. Halten Sie Hände und Füße außerhalb der vorgesehenen Pedalauflagen von beweglichen Teilen fern. Bei gesundheitlichen Beschwerden klären Sie die Eignung mit Ihrem Arzt. Reinigen Sie das Gerät schonend mit einem Tuch und bewahren Sie es trocken im Innenraum auf.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
